After just finishing up our annual TEAM Retreat meeting, I am almost overwhelmed with ideas for our current market. I want so bad to be able to get the word out past the NEGATIVE media, that our local real estate market is still doing fine! Plus we are unsure of what is to come in the next few months after the election is over and what the economy will do...but what I do know now is that interest rates are still at historic lows and that may not last.
