I wanted to announce that Drennan Day's newest community is open for business in Liberty Hill, TX.  Cierra Vista will have around 78 one acre lots with houses ranging from the low 200Ks to the mid 300Ks.  The Liberty Hill real estate market is doing well, and this custom home community should fit right in the mix.  Drennan Day Custom Homes developed the project but has sold lots to a couple of other builders and is selling them to individuals as well.  Lots start at $42,000.  The subdivision has underground utilities and will eventually have a community park/playground area too.  Drennan Day will be opening their model home in the next few weeks and will offer 10-11 plans that can be built, or of course can build your custom dream home as well.  There are currently 3 spec homes available at this time that can be completed in the next 45 days or so.  Hope you can drive through or stop by the office for a packet of information, and tell all your friends about it too!!
