It seems like every time I turn around lately, there is more positive news about our area and its outlook on growth and in general for real estate.  The Austin American Statesman just had an article naming Williamson County as the 11th fastest growing county in the U.S. of counties with at least 10,000 residents.  We of course see the evidence of that being in the real estate market daily with all the new road projects, new home developments, etc. in our part of Williamson County.  The areas around Liberty Hill, Leander, and Georgetown will see some phenominal growth in the next few years...so get ready and hold on!!!
